REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Snyder County is requesting proposals for the purchase of Professional Engineering Services.
These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting
for the Snyder County Courthouse HVAC Retrofitting Project. Complete proposal details, including

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm prevailing time, December 13, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened at SEDA-Council of Governments, 201 Furnace Road Lewisburg, PA 17837. Proposals shall be on the forms required, sealed, and clearly marked on the outside, “HVAC Retrofitting Engineering Services Proposal“, and submitted to:

Due to the nature of this project, Snyder County will hold a pre-bid meeting at 11:00 am on November 16th, 2021, for engineering firms interested in submitting a project proposal to the Commissioners. Any questions that arise after the pre-bid meeting can be addressed to Angie Kemberling; akemberling@seda-cog.org. Engineers will have this time to tour the project site and get a better understanding of the project. This meeting is not mandatory.
Proposals that are faxed or e-mailed to SEDA-COG cannot be accepted.
