The Borough of Berwick is requesting proposals for professional Engineering services. These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting for projects initiated with the Borough of Berwick’s annual Community Development Block Grant allocations from October 2026 through September 2028. The Borough of Berwick intends to award engineering services contracts on an individual project basis based on financial terms provided in proposals submitted through this solicitation effort. Any engineering services contracts awarded during this period of performance are expected to be fulfilled through individual project completion regardless of if an individual project’s timeline extends beyond September 2028. Proposals will be accepted until 1:00 PM prevailing time, September 25, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened at Berwick City Hall. Proposals shall be on the forms required, sealed and clearly marked on the outside, “Berwick Borough Engineering Services Proposal,” and submitted to:
