You have been invited to bid the Georgetown Heights Apartments Renovation Project. Below is a link to download the drawings and the specifications. This project will have prevailing wages on it. The wage rates have been bound into the project manual. I have attached them here for quick reference.

Bids are due by 2:00pm on Friday, May 10, 2024. Bids may be sent electronically to Tanya Millet at tmillet@arconcepts.com with Leslie Osgood copied on the submission or to Tanya Millet at the Architectural Concepts Office in a sealed envelope located at 626 W. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341.
