The Borough is requesting quotes for the purchase of these services, which include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting for the Muncy Public Library Removal of Architectural Barriers project. Quotes will be accepted until May 27, 2021, prevailing time, 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened at the Muncy Borough Building, 14 N Washington St., Muncy, PA 17756.
Quotes that are faxed or e-mailed cannot be accepted. Quotes shall be on the forms required, including the attached “Standard Estimate,” be sealed and clearly marked on the outside, “Engineering/Architectural Services Quote,” and submitted to:

A pre-quote meeting will be held at the Muncy Public Library at 2:00 p.m. on May 20, 2021. Attendance at this meeting will provide interested Engineers/Architects with an opportunity to see the facility and discuss proposed changes to the building.
