Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM prevailing time, July 29, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened at Gunzburger Building 1 N. Main Street, Suite 200, Coudersport, PA 16915.
Proposals shall be on the forms required, sealed and clearly marked on the outside, “Engineering Services Proposal,” and submitted to:
