SEDA-Council of Governments (SEDA-COG) administers grants for several communities in Central PA for the grantees’ Housing Rehabilitation Program. Please quote on performing electrical inspection services for single-family, owner-occupied housing in the following communities utilizing the enclosed inspection criteria, and quote form.

Quotes for electrical inspection service will be due to SEDA-COG, 201 Furnace Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837 by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 4, 2021. This is a public bid opening; therefore, all bids received will be opened at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 4, 2021.

All quotes shall be sealed and clearly marked on the outside, “Housing Rehabilitation Electrical Quote” and must be received no later than 2:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time Thursday, March 4, 2021.

Quotes that are faxed or e-mailed cannot be accepted.

Berwick Borough is requesting proposals for the purchase of professional Engineering services.  These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting of bathroom upgrades at two community parks. Complete proposal details, including the required

Montour County ‘obo’ Derry Township is requesting quotations for the purchase of Professional Engineering Services. These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding and contracting of the demolition of structures located at 23 Mill Road, 29 Mill Road, and 75 Strawberry Ridge Road, Danville, PA. It is possible that one or more structures may not be acquired and demolished. The standard engineering estimate form must be completed by addressable structure. This project is to be funded utilizing the County’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program allocations. Required proposal format details may be obtained by contacting:
