It is the intention of the Columbia County Board of Commissioners to use its Pennsylvania Small Water and Sewer and Keystone Communities Program grant funding to implement a program to elevate machinery and equipment in the Benton area for residential properties. This survey response will assist the county in understanding the desires of the structure owner to undertake mitigation. This program will be voluntary for any/all participants.
